The study was conducted by mirroring cyber security (CS) management frameworks to the current state of CS and the maturity of continuity management models in use. Required tasks were listed and prioritized in workshops. 

The project delivered a feasible road map to be followed to refresh the current cyber security management model according to the known circumstances providing also information on the available topic related funding programs.  The project delivered also a statement and an evaluation of current practices, and an analysis of the key processes and dependencies related to the OT environment. The customer was very very pleased with the excellent documentation and the practical and straightforward approach.

Cyber security is not only about the services IT is responsible for. There can be plenty of systems and solutions not under IT’s responsibility but still acting the key role in the organization enabling continuity of the business. To be able to cover all the cyber security related processes, open discussion, horizontal management model and clear and effective decision model is needed.
